Everyone deserves the space to be able to bring and talk about how they are feeling and what they are going through. Sometimes it is difficult to reach out for help, or even to know that help is out there. I am here to listen and offer the support to help you through whatever experience or emotions that you are having. My aim is to allow you to feel heard and understood, and to give you a place in which to explore and grow.
About me and my practice
I offer counselling via telephone or video consultation to individuals. I offer weekly sessions, which will take place on the same day and the same time each week.
As a Psychodynamic Counsellor, I work with both the conscious and unconscious mind, to help you to work through and understand your emotions and thought processes. I have a degree in Psychology and have an Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic counselling with a BACP accredited organisation.
I offer a safe space in which you feel able to speak about whatever you need to. It is your time, and I aim to give you the attention and support everyone deserves. I do not offer advice, but rather the chance for you to explore your emotions and to work with you in understanding them and how they impact your life.
Experience
I have over four years experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked for a variety of organisations and in private practice through the online medium, and I feel that this can give many people the chance to access therapy when they may not have been able to do otherwise.

Initial Consultation
Our first session will give us the chance to get to know each other. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and to see if you think I feel like the right therapist for you. We would talk about your reasons for coming to therapy, and what you would like to get out of our work together. We can discuss any aims you may have, or decide on a more 'open' approach; just seeing where the work takes us. We can also think about how long you would like to dedicate to working together; if you would like to commit to a few sessions or again, see where the work takes us. Our first session will give you the opportunity to learn as much about the process as you would like. Therapy can be daunting, so I would like to give you all the information you need.
Fees
I charge £40 per session.
When I Work
I have availability throughout the week between 10am and 7pm. Please contact me to enquire about times, and I will endeavour to find a time that suits you. Our sessions will take place at the same time and day every week, so I am dedicated to finding a time that works well for you.
